By submitting your application to the Together We Thrive Initiative, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• This initiative is open to small and medium-sized businesses based in the Levant that have been directly impacted by recent events.

• Businesses must demonstrate a clear need for branding or content support, as outlined in the application form.

• Only one application per business is allowed. Duplicate applications may result in disqualification.

• Priority will be given to businesses that are facing significant hardship and have limited access to professional branding services.

2. Scope of Services

• The support provided includes, but is not limited to, branding audits, logo design, web copy, social media content, and general copywriting.

• The services offered are pro bono (free of charge). However, the scope of services will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the business's specific needs and the availability of our resources.

• We reserve the right to determine the level and type of support provided to each business based on the needs identified during the review process.

3. Application Review

• All applications will be reviewed by our team. Due to limited resources, not all applicants may be selected to receive support.

• Selection will be based on factors such as the business's story, demonstrated need, and potential impact of the branding support.

• Selected businesses will be contacted via the email provided in the application. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable time frame, your application may be disqualified.

4. Use of Information

• By submitting your application, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business and its needs.

• You consent to the use of your business’s story and branding materials in promotional materials, case studies, and marketing campaigns related to this initiative, should your business be selected for support.

• If selected, you agree to allow us to publicly share elements of your story and branding as part of our initiative’s outreach and awareness efforts. If you prefer certain details to remain private, please indicate this in your application.

5. Intellectual Property

• All branding and content materials created for your business remain the intellectual property of your business.

• You grant us the right to display and promote the work created for you in our portfolio, marketing materials, and other public-facing channels.

• Any design or content templates provided are for your business use only and should not be sold, distributed, or used for any other purposes outside your own business.

6. Timeline and Deliverables

• The timeline for delivering services will depend on the specific needs of each selected business and the availability of our team.

• We will work closely with each selected business to establish clear deadlines and deliverables. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

• We reserve the right to adjust timelines or service scope at our discretion.

7. Limitations

• This initiative is intended to provide professional branding and content services only. We do not provide financial, legal, or business consulting advice.

• We are not responsible for any business outcomes or results that arise from the use of the branding and content provided.

• The initiative does not guarantee any increase in sales, customer engagement, or business growth following the completion of services.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue the initiative, or to refuse service, at any time without prior notice.

• If any misuse or misrepresentation of information is identified in your application, we reserve the right to terminate our support immediately.

9. Acceptance

• By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and restrictions.
